Caterina we run Family Farm Gobbi: a small organic farm founded in 2017 in the Romagna hills, along the Rubicon Valley, between Roncofreddo and Longiano. Here we grow, transform and welcome guests\u2014our idea is to let people experience the countryside in a genuine, simple and carefully curated way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our land<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are on gentle hillside slopes, in a landscape of vineyards, olive trees and small medieval villages. We work with a handcrafted approach: small batches, attention to detail, seasonality and constant care for our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we produce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the heart of our production are extra virgin olive oil and wine, two historic crops of this area. Alongside them, we make organic ancient-grain pasta, grown with care and crafted to bring a clean, authentic taste and real quality to the table. We also produce jams using our organic fruit and wild fruits foraged in nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Farm hospitality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Family Farm Gobbi is not only about production\u2014it is also a place to be enjoyed.
