Wine

The company produces top quality wine by enhancing the surrounding hills in the heart of the Rubicone Valley. The vineyards, located in the Longiano area on the border with Roncofreddo, at an altitude of 200 m a.s.l. have a complete south-east exposure; these conditions allow the production of grapes of high quality and sugar content.

Il nostro credo è quello di mantenere intatta l’espressione del luogo e della terra coltivando solo vitigni autoctoni, come il Sangiovese per la produzione di Sangiovese IGP, il Bombino bianco per la produzione del nostro Pagadebit DOC frizzante e lo Chardonnay per la produzione dello Chardonnay IGP.
