Chestnuts in liqueur syrup are a preserve that is typically prepared in autumn to preserve these precious gems in jars, to then taste them in the months to come. Our recipe is genuine because we only use mountain chestnuts (collected in the areas adjacent to the Casentinesi Forest National Park), carefully selected one by one. This type of roasted chestnuts is excellent to be enjoyed as a dessert, as an accompaniment to ice cream and for the decoration of desserts and cakes.
