Our cooking is a tribute to Romagna tradition and the rhythm of the seasons: simple ingredients, handcrafted preparation, and a warm, convivial welcome.
What you’ll find on the table
The menu changes with the season and what the land provides. Typically, you’ll find:
- homemade crostini and focaccia
- panzanella with vegetables from our garden and our extra virgin olive oil
- homemade pickled vegetables (giardiniera)
- local cured meats and cheeses, served with our jams
- piadina made with ancient-grain flour
- handmade fresh pasta with homemade sauces, mushrooms and truffle
- meats from local farms
- homemade desserts

We serve our dishes alongside our wines—from fresh, savoury whites to Sangiovese reds—for a pairing that fits Romagna cuisine.
