Our wines
We produce wines that tell the story of the Rubicon Valley hills: fresh, savoury whites, a traditional-method rosé, and Sangiovese reds with true Romagna character.
Our idea of wine
We look for balance and recognisability: clean aromas, great drinkability, and a strong identity linked to our land. In the vineyard and in the cellar, we work to keep a profile that is precise, consistent and true to each vintage.
The collection

Sangiovese IGT “Lunatico”
100% Sangiovese, ripe and structured: sour cherry, blackberry and plum, with hints of liquorice. On the palate it is concentrated, with fine, pleasantly soft tannins.
Serve at: 18–20 °C.
Suggested pairings: meat dishes, grilled meats, flavourful pasta dishes.

Sangiovese Superiore from old vines “Principio”
Our most intense red: made from grapes from old vines, focusing on complexity and persistence. Perfect when you’re looking for structure and depth. Serve at: 18–20 °C.

Trebbiano & Chardonnay IGT “Rapace”
An elegant still white, born from the meeting of Trebbiano e Chardonnay. Pale straw-yellow with greenish highlights; on the nose, fresh fruit and citrus with white flowers. On the palate it is balanced, fresh and savoury, designed to be versatile at the table.
Serve at: 8–10 °C.
Suggested pairings: delicate starters, light pasta dishes, fish.

Pagadebit DOC “Cenere”
A fresh, savoury white: floral notes (hawthorn), fruity aromas of white peach, and a rounded finish with a delicately herbal edge.
Serve at: 10–12 °C.
Suggested pairings: aperitif, vegetables, light dishes.

Rosé Brut
A “partridge eye” rosé, intensely fruity with notes of cherry, red berries, woodland and dog rose. On the palate it is refined, savoury and beautifully balanced.
Serve at: 8–10 °C.
Suggested pairings: aperitif, starters, fish dishes.
